Real Estates provides an in-app real estate portfolio experience. Portfolio records, rankings, acquisitions, sales, values, rents, cash flow, appreciation, cap rates, and opportunity scores are app records and estimates.

Property values, rent estimates, cash flow, appreciation, cap rates, and opportunity scores may not reflect current market conditions.

Users should not rely on Real Estates for outside investment, lending, purchase, sale, tax, insurance, or legal decisions.

These terms may be updated as Real Estates adds new features, markets, data sources, or account options.
